What do we use your data for?
● Process and manage your in-store pickup order.
● Manage your customer account, if you create one.
● Handle inquiries and complaints.
● Send marketing communications only if you have given your express consent.
● Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Legal basis: performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), consent for marketing communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and legitimate interest in improving and ensuring the security of the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
What information do we collect?
First and last name; email address; phone number; account information (if applicable); order and payment information (processed by our payment gateway; we do not store the full card number); IP address and technical browsing data.
Who do we share your information with?
● Pazzi International AG (the group’s parent company, headquartered in Switzerland), which receives personal data from customers for reporting and group management purposes. Switzerland has an adequacy decision from the European Commission (Art. 45 of the GDPR), so the transfer does not require additional safeguards.
● Apitic, as a data processor, pursuant to the data processing agreement entered into in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, for the technical provision of the ordering platform.
● Our payment gateway provider, which processes payments.
● Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a valid request.
This Site does not currently share data with food delivery platforms (Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or others); this policy will be updated if that channel is activated in the future.
How long do we retain your data?
The data associated with your account is retained for as long as you remain an active user. Data related to orders and billing is retained for six (6) years from the date of the last transaction, in accordance with Article 30 of the Commercial Code and Spanish commercial and tax regulations. Data processed for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent.
What are your rights?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by writing to contacto@pazzi.es or to the mailing address listed above. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed.
Business Development
You may object at any time to the use of your data for marketing purposes, and you may also sign up for the Robinson List (www.listarobinson.es) to reduce the amount of advertising communications you receive from third parties.
